The annual program recognizes the teams who help businesses better communicate with their clients to provide a differentiated level of customer service. This is BHG’s second consecutive win.

BHG’s Client Services team is committed to speed, professionalism, and respect when providing support to clients. Last year, the team resolved an average of 5,242 inquires each month, a staggering 93% increase from the year prior. The average response rate for each inquiry was just over 10 minutes with an average resolution time of 32 minutes, leading the industry in fastest response times. During COVID-19, the BHG Client Services team assisted customers with over 5,000 unique loan deferrals, all of which have been resolved.
BHG measures the performance of customer success through third-party review sites, where it is highly ranked from client feedback. The Better Business Bureau lists BHG as an Accredited business with an A+ ranking, and business review sites Trustpilot and TrustLink rate BHG 4.5 stars and 4.7 stars out of 5, respectively.
