Mental health awareness is a critically evolving topic, that is most often recognized during Mental Health Awareness month in May. However, mental health and well-being is ingrained in BHG Financials’ company culture and values, with an emphasis on working hard and playing hard. We understand that for our employees to perform at their best, they need to be able to step back and recharge.
