As a key member of the Predictive Analytics leadership team, you will have responsibility for building and managing a world-class marketing modeling team. Reporting to the Head of Predictive Analytics, you will be responsible for equipping the marketing team with models and recommendations that achieve optimal results and drive revenue. You will oversee and participate in the development of performance marketing models for all of our acquisition channels – Direct Mail, Email, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Website. You will be responsible for leveraging data to develop models and continually enhance them with learnings from A/B test results. You will advise the Marketing & Revenue analytics team on the crafting of strategies backed by a multi-million-dollar monthly marketing budget. You will inspire and mentor a high-performing team through your leadership and strong hands-on capability to transform decision-making and build solutions.
