Who You Are
You are a passionate, tech-savvy strategic full-stack marketer with a track record of achieving impressive results. You’re a Swiss Army knife of skillsets, with measurable, hands-on experience in project management, development, analytics, content development, research, and MarTech optimization. You thrive in dynamic situations and love to build from scratch or troubleshoot to remove obstacles and barriers within existing programs. You’re flexible and adaptable. You love to explore new ways of doing things and implement testing and learn strategies. You use data to rigorously assess marketing effectiveness and develop the right marketing mix. You think big, but also execute rapidly.
This role reports to Director, Product Marketing and will be responsible for enabling the delivery of optimized and highly-engaging strategic marketing initiatives by architecting an optimal blend of marketing tools and platforms to service multiple cross-functional teams—including product managers, creative contributors, performance marketers, analysts, and developers. You'll leverage your broad marketing experience to define best practices and enable marketing excellence by providing insights and strategic recommendations.
What You'll Do
  • Lead sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements for platform solutions that will enable execution of complex marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Understand best practices for marketing platform capabilities and align requirements to optimize the business processes with platform solutions.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with product owners to ensure coordinated implementations and deployments.
  • Creates and enforces internal program and platform standards.
  • Continually re-evaluate departmental and functional group goals and strategies against deployed solutions.
  • Prepares executive-ready documentation, reports, and visualizations to present to program stakeholders.
  • Translate program investments into direct and measurable business results.
  • Provide ongoing internal marketing support and consultation services as needed.
What You'll Need
  • 7+ years marketing experience, with a focus on marketing strategy, martech optimization, research, and analytics.
  • General knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including: marketing strategy, digital ad campaign management, creative services, SEO, UI/UX, website development, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, analytics, data integration.
  • A strong technical foundation with familiarity in both front-end and back-end web development and platform integrations via APIs.
  • Able to consistently nail details, driving process and managing to goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across all levels with a strong ability to translate concepts to actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence distributed cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage to aggressive deadlines.
