You are a motivated Talent Management and OD professional who is passionate about building a sustainable talent pipeline and enabling organizational effectiveness. You excel at analytical thinking, organizational dynamics, and leadership development, and have experience across all aspects of HR development. What You’ll Do
  • Shape, deliver, and embed BHG’s key organizational and talent management strategies and programs company-wide
  • Design and deliver end-to-end OD and Talent solutions, from organizational assessment through program design, testing, delivery, implementation, and evaluation
  • Partner with the VP, Talent Management and leadership to ensure the delivery of relevant, timely, and value-added OD and Talent solutions
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic design expertise, and project execution across all facets of OD and Talent Management
  • Lead team(s) in the design and delivery of high-impact solutions
  • Provide leadership and oversight of vendors
  • Provide business consulting and strategic advice for OD and Talent programs and solutions to enable effective and high-performing teams
  • Develop communication mechanisms to inform and gain commitment from appropriate stakeholders
What You’ll Need
  • Master’s degree, related field preferred
  • 10+ years of OD and/or Talent Management experience
  • Track record of helping to create and execute on a Talent Management and OD vision
  • Experience in organizational design and analytics
  • Experience in design and facilitation of leadership development
  • Experience in design and execution of talent assessment and succession planning process
  • Experience in creation of survey items, survey structure, and analysis of survey results
  • Experience in the design, development, and delivery of performance management and pay for performance programs
  • Experience as a coach and mentor, and in designing such programs
  • Experience in organizational culture and employee engagement
  • Experience leading large scale change management efforts
  • Certifications in MBTI, DiSC, and 360 instruments such as Korn Ferry
