Who You Are

You are a business-driven Analytics professional who cares deeply about both data and solving operational challenges. You are skilled and excited about mining both quantitative and qualitative data, discovering insights, and figuring out the most effective way to communicate them. This role will support many departments throughout the company. Ideal candidates are analytical process-oriented, energetic, and enjoy working in high growth, data, and operationally driven environments.

What You'll Do

The Sr. Analyst, People Analytics will be responsible for expanding our reporting and data analysis capabilities through creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, developing metrics for HR team performance, and providing ad-hoc reports as requested. Will ensure data integrity, accuracy and analyze data to provide recommendations to the leadership team
The Sr. Analyst, People Analytics will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and publishing metrics, reporting, analysis that impacts institutional, divisional, and departmental strategy and goals
Serve as a mentor to lower-level analysts
Maintain constant communication with management and staff to ensure proper operations of the organization
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
Work with senior stakeholders
Help build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree in Business, operations management or quantitative field
4+ years’ experience working as a data/business analyst or related role
Competent with SQL and big data systems and tools
Data visualization (PowerBI or Tableau is preferred)
Experience applying analytical techniques to provide solutions to real business problems
Experience eliciting business requirements and executive metrics
Experience building business cases and project plans
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and develop strong partnerships
Strong verbal / written communication skills
Creativity to go beyond current tools to deliver the best solution to the problem
Inquisitiveness and a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills
Comfort working independently and making key decisions on projects
Ability to tell meaningful and accurate stories with data
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Handle sensitive information with discretion
