We encourage employees to get involved in outside organizations, participate in volunteer opportunities, and find ways to help those in need. BHG Financial supports many worthy causes, including those with a mission centered around healthcare, education, and ending poverty.

Our charitable efforts are anything but ordinary. We start with one simple question: "What do you need?" and uncover real challenges our partners face so our time and financial support truly make a difference.

Eco-friendly Initiatives

Across our offices, you'll see energy-efficient lighting, low-flow shower heads in locker rooms, rainwater collection for our green spaces, natural light designs, a commitment to recycling, and more.

Volunteering in the Community

BHGers can often be found volunteering at nonprofits, speaking at events, and mentoring the next generation of leaders at local schools and universities.

BHG Work Wishes

We're fortunate to have the resources to help those in need, including staff who might be experiencing hardship. Each year, we donate $10,000 to employees to overcome adversity through our Work Wishes program.
