Who You Are
You are an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional starting your career in learning and development. You are passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and eager to apply your knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. You have a solid foundation in multimedia content creation and are excited to grow your skills in designing various learning interventions. You are a creative thinker with strong organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to the development of interactive learning materials that support learner growth and achievement.
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and organize content for learning initiatives
  • Apply basic instructional design methodologies to create clear and effective learning materials
  • Contribute to the creation of instructional materials, including participant guides, job aids, and supporting documentation
  • Use authoring tools and learning management systems to develop and deliver straightforward learning solutions
  • Develop basic multimedia content, including e-learning modules, short videos, and simple assessments
  • Support project management activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Assist in the design and development of learning experiences under the guidance of senior team members
  • Contribute to maintaining organized digital assets and project files
  • Assist in incorporating engagement techniques such as simple gamification elements and microlearning approaches
  • Participate in the evaluation of learning experiences and assist in implementing improvements based on feedback
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning
  • Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a related field; internship experience is valuable
  • Familiarity with common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Basic understanding of multimedia development and graphic design principles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment
  • Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with instructional design best practices and e-learning technologies
  • Travel required for periodic team onsites
