Who You Are:
As a Client Service Portfolio Specialist, you will have in-depth knowledge of all details regarding BHG Portfolios and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. You will also be a liaison to the collections and legal teams providing them exceptional service on requests regarding BHG accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for handling all bankruptcy accounts.
What You'll Do
  • Become a subject matter expert on the details of all BHG portfolios
  • A liaison for collections and legal team communications
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Process transaction requests from internal groups
  • Handle inbound requests from internal teams. Will be able to identify the need and deliver a solution in a timely manner
What You'll Need
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with different teams - team player mentality
  • High attention to detail
