Who You Are
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for supporting sales processes, systems, and data management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This role plays a key part in streamlining sales operations, driving insights through data analysis. The Sales Operations Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the accuracy of sales data. 

What You'll Do
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure objectives and initiatives are assigned and tracked to completion
  • Provide operational support to the sales team, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tools, processes, and systems 
  • Monitor the compliance and reporting for maintaining CRM data
  • Monitor the activities and productivity of the inside sales team
  • Identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows 
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales platforms 
What You'll Need
  • Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in sales operations 
  • Experience using a CRM system/platform (Salesforce, Jira, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations tools  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset 
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
