What You'll Do
  • Support the Sales Operations team with day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely completion. 
  • Update CRM systems with accurate sales data and documentation when requested 
  • Assist in preparing recurring reports and team deliverables, while also responding to ad hoc requests and operational tasks as they arise. 
  • Help manage and organize sales enablement/operations tools and shared resources. 
What You'll Need
  • Associate degree/ Bachelor Degree preferred or related work experience  
  • 2+ years of experience in a deadline driven role  
  • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills  
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment   
  • Ability to navigate through various software systems 
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word 
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel; V-lookups, Pivots Tables
