You are a motivated sales or customer service professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. You excel at multi-tasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit.
What You'll Do
  • Assist our client base of professionals in activation and usage of our credit card products
  • Manage the client relationship from card approval throughout the account lifespan.
  • Ability to properly articulate our card benefits and features
  • Ability to uncover client needs and articulate value proposition in a clear and concise way
  • Answering client questions regarding BHG and credit card terms and conditions 
  • Connect with our card holders on a daily basis
  • Understanding and promotion of BHG and more specifically credit card programs
  • Maintaining and documentation of client interactions and activities
What You'll Need
  • Love of a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service and sales experience
  • Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
  • Detail and task oriented  
  • High prioritization and organizational skills
  • Able to meet performance deadlines and expectations, proven ability to set and hit goals
  • Never believe in settling, find ways to overachieve.
  • Knowledge of credit card products 
  • Experience and understanding of credit profiles a plus 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
