What You’ll Do
  • Provide hands-on guidance and oversight to architect, design, and implement on-prem applications and applications for the Azure Cloud using Microservices.
  • Lead architecture with containerization related management stacks like Kubernetes and Docker
  • Lead and take part in cloud readiness assessments, workshops, roadmap, and application modernization discussions
  • Lead cloud architecting sessions with business and technology owners
  • Support of local operations and development teams in their work on front-end websites, REST APIs, back-end software development, and other mission-critical systems
  • Develop automated solutions to monitor and support our software development and release processes
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture design, building and scaling high-performance applications in the cloud (Azure preferred) with Microservices, and API management
  • 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development using JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, C# .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, and MongoDB
  • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps CI/CD experience
  • Experience with containerization related management stacks like Docker & Kubernetes
  • Experience working in an environment with Azure Repos, GitHub, and Test Automation Frameworks
  • Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal to interpret business requirements / technical design documents, and design / develop appropriate software solutions.
  • Ability to prepare and clearly communicate proposed technical solutions to both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in harmony and negotiate with the technology board on best architecture practices
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
