You are a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. You excel at multi-tasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no-quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates who will match your drive and grit.

The Associate Account Manager position begins as a contract-to-hire role with a 90-day training program designed to get you up to speed in our credit card business line. During this period, you'll gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the role. After successfully completing the training, the position transitions to full-time, and your title will change to Account Manager. This role offers a clear path for growth, with the opportunity to advance into an Account Executive position based on demonstrated skills and performance.
What You'll Do
  • Assist our client base of professionals in activation and usage of our credit card products.
  • Manage the client relationship from card approval throughout the account lifespan. 
  • Ability to properly articulate our card benefits and features
  • Ability to uncover client needs and articulate value propositions in a clear and concise way
  • Answering client questions regarding BHG and credit card terms and conditions 
  • Connect with our cardholders on a daily basis
  • Understanding and promotion of BHG and more specifically credit card programs
  • Maintaining and documentation of client interactions and activities
What You'll Need
  • Love of a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service and sales experience
  • Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
  • Detail and task-oriented  
  • High prioritization and organizational skills
  • Able to meet performance deadlines and expectations, proven ability to set and hit goals
  • Never believe in settling, find ways to overachieve.
  • Knowledge of credit card products 
  • Experience and understanding of credit profiles are a plus 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
