Who You Are
You are a motivated marketing professional who is passionate about data, strategy and process efficiencies. You have experience in conducting advanced data analyses in various analytics platforms, including SQL, Tableau and Datorama. You have the natural ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and to identify opportunities. You are highly detail oriented and accurate. You are effective at presenting analytical-based findings through visual displays of quantitative information and articulate delivery. You are both strategic and analytical, and believe in the test and learn approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strive for continuous learning and innovation. You are collaborative and engaging.
What You'll Do
  • Develop data segmentation and customer personas for targeted direct marketing campaigns
  • Drive audience targeting initiatives to connect with the right contacts at the right time via the right direct marketing channel
  • Monitor and optimize cadence of communications to audience members
  • Manage the collection of campaign data requirements for ad hoc campaigns, with initial focus on the email channel
  • Understand sources of contact data throughout the organization
  • Ensure that A/B test experimentation yields actionable learnings to drive performance
  • Participate in the QA of segmented direct marketing campaigns
  • Develop business intelligence dashboards for the purpose of marketing channel optimization 
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of proven analytical experience within marketing, specifically campaign testing and design as well as audience segmentation
  • Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and inform strategy and business decisions
  • Experience with Datorama is preferred
  • Experience with Automation Studio in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing organizational needs and direction
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under shifting deadlines
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Maintaining the ability to collaborate with team members, while working remotely
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in financial services preferred
