You are a student or recent grad who has a passion for collaboration.  You are an analytical thinker that has a strong customer focus.  You are accountable for researching, analyzing, and documenting clear and actionable business requirements so that information can distribute them across one or more development teams to deliver the desired functionality incrementally.
What You'll Do
  • Shadow Product Manager and a Product Owner
  • Understand the overall theme and operational objectives of the Nalu Payment Solutions vision and product roadmap
  • Analyze, interpret and identify key business requirements
  • Develop and write requirements, acceptance criteria, and prototypes
  • Co-own features and user stories
  • Collaborate and interface with key business and engineering stakeholders to ensure comprehension of requirements amongst stakeholders 
  • Drives task completion between the business, product, and development teams to ensure requirements are executed both timely and accurately
  • Attend daily standups, sprints, scheduling, and planning
  • Ability to designs technical workflow diagrams and software documentation utilizing relevant toolsets
  • Translate design requirements to the UI/UX team to produce working prototypes
  • Identify product limitations and has the ability to propose innovative business and technical solutions
  • Understands the interaction of different software components
  • Detail-oriented with excellent writing and communication skills
What You'll Need
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another similar field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing and analyzing business processes & procedures documentation
  • Must possess a highly logical and analytical mindset, must be able to multitask and learn quickly
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to interpret requests and give quality results in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience in MS SQL Server preferred)
  • An understanding of AGILE/SCRUM Methodology
  • Project Coordination/Management experience is a must
