Who You Are
You are a motivated analyst who is passionate about using data to drive strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity. To support growth and product knowledge transfer, the Analyst will have daily access to team leads, management, and executives.  Depending on the current skill set and pace of growth at BHG, the Analyst may be exposed to and have the opportunity to collaborate on projects developing advanced decision-making frameworks using cutting-edge tools in the R programming language such as Shiny, Rmarkdown, and Plumber.
What You'll Do
  • Report directly to the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst on the Institutional Sales Operations team providing support and coverage
  • Support the Bank Sales & Strategic Partner Sales teams through the execution of performance reporting & dashboard building
  • Own and develop relationships with IT, Operations, & Placements partners, working with them to enhance report consistency, accuracy, and precision
  • Contribute to production and strategy meetings by proactively identifying areas of opportunity or risk
  • Work on leading-edge concepts for reporting, analysis, and modeling
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert for BHG’s products & processes in order to swiftly respond to inquiries from partners throughout the sales organization
What You'll Need
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in an analytical role in FinTech, Sales Operations, Consulting, and/or Business Analytics
  • Strong working knowledge and history of building Tableau & PowerBI dashboards, experience using Salesforce CRM, Azure, & SQL
  • Preferred - experience with Shiny and/or RMarkdown 
  • Must be comfortable operating in a remote working environment during EDT business hours
  • BS in IT/Computer Science or in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences)
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Success in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Proven analytical experience with a history of building & managing Sales Dashboards
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence & communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and propose innovative solutions
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Valuable work experience in using quantitative analyses to drive meaningful business results
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
