Who You Are
You are a motivated recruiting professional who is passionate about University Relations and providing a high-quality candidate experience. You excel at detail-oriented tasks and have experience working as part of a talent acquisition team and working within an applicant tracking system. You are customer service-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can have a major impact on the future growth of BHG.
What You'll Do
  • Scheduling phone, and on-site interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and perform skills evaluation tests for intern and entry-level positions across the organization
  • Promote BHG’s company’s attendance at upcoming recruiting events and engage students before, during, and after the event
  • Responsibility for supporting event logistics including planning, confirmation, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Preparing and distributing all interview related documentation to all parties in advance of Super Interview Days
  • Owning the creation of the event calendar and all calendar invitations
  • Working seamlessly across multiple platforms to capture information and distribute that information to the hiring team (Recruiter, Hiring Managers, PD Leadership, Reception, and potentially Ownership) 
  • Create templates for UR teammates, such as Interview Confirmations, Outreach templates, offer letters, etc.
  • Move candidates through interviewing, assessment, offer, and onboarding processes using our ATS (Lever & Workday) and ensure a smooth and responsive service at every stage
  • Responsible for professional and timely candidate feedback following interview
  • Collaborate with our Marketing department to prepare presentations, videos, and social media recruiting strategies to brand BHG
  • Assisting with the intern onboarding process

What You'll Need
  • 0-1 year experience within a similar role
  • Bachelors degree preferred 
  • Key Detail oriented, critical thinking, organized and inter personnel skills 
  • Working knowledge of the talent acquisition hire process
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Fast-paced work ethic, high motor, slowing down isn’t a speed they are familiar with
  • Tech-savvy enough that they can use multiple new tools such as Microsoft Office in conjunction with LinkedIn, Hiretual, Lever, Handshake, Dribbble… the list goes on. 
  • Has the personality of a world-class Customer Service representative, but the mentality of a closer on a sales floor. 
  • The Recruiting Coordinator should have an innate knack for building relationships extremely quickly 
  • Professional maturity
