Who You Are
You are a motivated Sales Professional who is passionate about developing and maintaining relationships within the financial services industry in your territory to sell BHG Products. You excel at building relationships & educating individuals on our product as well as having experience selling and implementing an enterprise-level product. You are personable and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work autonomously and move the needle.
What You'll Do
  • Leverage your strong interpersonal skills, sales and/or finance background to generate sales among existing clients.
  • Onboard, train and manage merchant accounts to meet company growth goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term meaningful relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales month over month.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews providing consultation in the areas of financing.
  • Oversee and manage large, complex, high visibility and strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Organization & time management skills, and ability to execute on requirements for this position.
  • There will be administrative work as well and some travel required.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills are needed to build and grow new accounts through a consultative approach.
  • Strong LinkedIn and online networking skills.
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales and account management experience.
  • Understands how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations.
  • Thrive on energy, passion and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Applications efficiently.
