Who You Are:

You are responsible for managing investigations within the scope of the Complaint Management Program, which includes all customer or consumer complaints, regardless of the source. This position tracks customer and consumer complains, enabling analytics and insights that drive continual improvement throughout the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary resource to receive, appropriately investigate, track and ensure resolution for all complaints
  • Handles the investigative findings, the root cause analysis, the tracking and coordination of any corrective action/remediation which results
  • Coordinates and/or responds after completing the investigation ensuring each complaint is handled within regulatory timeframe including updating the CFPB and BBB portals and any other channel complaints are received
  • Maintains a full record of the company's written response and any further
  • Retains, organizes and analyzes complaint data to identify and address root causes as well as any trends, areas of risk, and program weaknesses, including potential compliance risks
  • Tracks and ensures all issues identified through complaints are resolved and remediated
  • Provides reporting to Senior Management as required.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for education qualifications
  • Proven analytical skills, including investigative problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions and risks and recommended action
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create professional written work product including correspondence
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgement
  • Financial Services or banking experience is a plus
