Who You Are
You are a creative genius, who can capture audience interest, influence their emotion, and inspire them to take action through visually-compelling stories. You have experience working cross-functionally to execute complex designs, and can easily pivot between creative designs for print, web, or digital. You never shy away from offering unique, outside-the-box ideas, and are looking to join a team where you can inspire others, take risks, and work both collaboratively and autonomously. You’re passionate about how messaging can come to life with design, and leverage the latest design tools to execute in a fast-paced environment where you can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and concepts with ease.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and drive the concept and design of the assigned business unit.
  • Oversee the work from project briefing to execution and ensure the quality of the work.
  • Mentor, coach and give guidance to junior creatives.
  • Produce high-quality marketing material from concept to execution, collaborating and art directing a team of designers to launch a variety of campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to define the creative vision for BHG and its family of companies, and inspire a team to execute across digital and print channels.
  • Contribute to brainstorms, concept development, design, and production of advertising and marketing assignments that are consistent with our brands and meet marketing objectives – brand and lead-gen.
  • Provide creative support to the creative director including the execution of concepts and design ideas, photo research, and image art direction.
  • Translate strategic ideas into compelling and innovative creative concepts and manage projects to completion.
  • Work with cross-disciplinary teams to help define and translate strategies into creative concepts.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Visual Communication.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in agencies or in-house settings.
  • Have a great eye and solid knowledge of typography and other fundamentals of advertising, branding, and graphic design.
  • Strong conceptual and design problem-solving skills.
  • Have solid knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs: Mac OS, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines with moderate supervision
  • Great communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Stays current with trends, emerging design techniques, applications, digital media, and evolving online platforms.
  • Strong portfolio required
