The Digital Insights Specialist will build, optimize and maintain our digital platforms’ analytics data and reporting. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong collaborative mindset will make both you and the team successful.
What You'll Do
  • Build, optimize and maintain our digital platforms’ analytics data and reporting.
  • Optimize BHG’s Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics implementations across our websites and platforms to ensure data is being accurately captured and reported.
  • Partner with our Digital, Direct mail, and Analytics teams to provide insights that help inform our marketing initiatives, campaigns and customer’s journey.
  • Work side-by-side with our Development teams to ensure tracking code implementations follows best practices and are up-to-date with current standards.
  • Ensure BHG’s analytics tracking adhere to current privacy laws and standards, such as CCPA.
  • Build and maintain SOP’s documentation of our analytics and digital platforms data/reporting configurations.
  • Actively perform QA audits and testing to ensure that there are no gaps in our analytics and tracking.
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working with: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI and Shiny.
  • Working knowledge of current web technologies and hand-on experience with HTML, Javascript, etc.
  • A proven track record of extracting valuable insights that inform key marketing and operational decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to foster long-term relationships.
  • A keen attention to detail, a self-starter mindset with minimal supervision required.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects at once.
