You excel at driving strategic decision-making, and have experience ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations. What You'll Do
  • Long-term planning to create initiatives that further BHG’s credit card program goals
  • Serve as a key thought partner, advisor, and sounding board to key stakeholders and the BHG leadership team
  • Coordinate across support departments within BHG to continue to bring projects to fruition
  • Communicating with external partners to align and execute on the project roadmap which will support the growth and evolution of the credit card business
  • Identify gaps in operational efficiency and helping to build and grow a team which can support BHG’s credit card growth and transformation
  • Identify potential problems and working to find solutions which maximize efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market
  • Deeply understand the drivers of our business, and industry best practices, to proactively identify ways to improve performance, effectiveness, and profitability
  • Plan and execute on a servicing transformation which will see BHG’s portfolio move to a new card servicing provider
  • Conduct a deep dive into all areas of BHG’s card business to identify changes and improvements that should be made as a part of the servicing transformation
  • Focus on projects that will optimize the digital onboarding process & cardholder experience
  • Strategic planning to prepare BHG’s card program to enter into new origination channels
  • Strategic planning to align the credit card product with BHG’s vision for the future as it relates to managing multiple products across a customer lifecycle
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, required
  • 10+ years of experience within management, operations and leadership
  • 5+ years of experience working in the credit card industry
  • Experience with credit card servicing platforms; such as i2c or CoreCard
  • Experience with credit card migration projects, required
  • "Big picture" thinking skills to address top-level concerns and find the best path forward from all of the available data
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems and challenge the status quo
  • Strong communication skills for working with BHG leadership, employees and external partners
  • Strong personal and professional judgment, which are invaluable skills for a role that makes hiring decisions
  • Ability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
  • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which is essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects
  • Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
