Schedule: Must be available to work from 12pm-8pm (EST)

What You'll Do

Thoroughly review applications for errors and structures
Generate legally binding contracts for clients presenting agreed upon loan terms
Conduct general searches on applications and update the client profiles as needed
Assist the funding department with ordering third party inspections
Work with peers to assure clients are funded in a timely, efficient manner

What You'll Need

Must be available to work from 12pm-8pm (EST)
Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred
Understanding of the finance industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude
Possess a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to handle a time-sensitive queue
High level of attention to detail
Capability to multi-task throughout the day
