Who You Are

We are looking for a talented data professional that can span the realm of data science, data analysis, and statistics. As a Fraud Quantitative Analyst, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to solve business problems. You will team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. What You'll Do
  • Continue to progress in learning and developing fundamental knowledge in the fraud domain.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics including fraud risk analytics, customer segmentation, process optimization, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Help identify improvement opportunities in strategy and processes by forming hypotheses, analyzing data, implementing analytical tests, synthesizing results, and proposing recommendations to drive enhancement and optimization.
  • Formulate and complete end-to-end analyses that include data gathering from disparate sources, analysis, and presentations.
  • Develop dashboards and automate reports; Iteratively prototype and build dashboards/reports to provide insights at scale, solving for business and executive level reporting needs.
  • Manage multiple priorities; Communicate business performance and project progress to management and business partners.
  • Operate as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis.
What You'll Need
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and aptitude to pick up new technical skills and domain knowledge
  • One of the following or experience relative to the examples provided:
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Big Data, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, or a related field and 1 year of experience in fraud strategy (preferred), credit strategy, collection strategy, portfolio analytics, optimization, modeling/data science, or related
  • 2+ years of experience in fraud strategy (preferred), credit strategy, collection strategy, portfolio analytics, optimization, modeling/data science, or related
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, R, Excel
  • Experience in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Familiarity with GitHub and Graph Databases are a plus.
