Who You Are
You are a motivated Human Resources Professional who is passionate about driving results and has a creative approach to solving problems. You will have strong business acumen and be able to lead and influence individuals and teams, while driving results through strategy, teamwork and collaboration.
You will leverage your experience and communication skills to work across business teams to build and evaluate and improve performance. You will inspire and mentor a strong team through your leadership and strong hands-on capability to transform decision-making and build solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the PD Business Partner Team to initiate and execute monthly goals/initiatives
  • Work with our Centers of Excellence (COEs) to gain insights and inform them of company needs
  • Attend stakeholder meetings with Leaders throughout the company to devise strategies that will drive team performance and create continuity
  • Collect and analyze people data from surveys to develop actionable solutions that push the organization to greater efficiency and improved performance
  • Translate high level meeting minutes into real time action items
  • Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines
  • Attend weekly and monthly management meetings to assist in the creation of policies and strategic processes
  • Other ADHOC requirements

  • Ability to develop strong, open and collaborative working relationships by gaining trust to successfully manage and deliver on PD initiatives

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
