We are looking for a high caliber Technical Product Manager to be a part of the Product organization with strategic significance and high exposure. In this role, you will drive key initiatives across enterprise applications to support business and technology functions. This candidate would own and execute projects in coordination with key teams including Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security and Compliance. Candidate must possess strong business acumen and have the ability to work directly with various stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements along with their related processes, and build workable solutions across systems i.e. Salesforce, Azure, etc.

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for partnering with cross-team leadership evaluating feasibility, assessing scope and defining the value of the initiative for the enterprise. They are also responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders, other Product Managers, Architects and/or Admins to document requirements, set scheduling, manage priorities, and drive the vision.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or 5+ years equivalent experience in a technical field
  • 5+ years of industry experience in developing software or services
  • 5+ years of experience with Technical Product development/management
  • Experience with driving digital transformation initiatives at the Enterprise level
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Working knowledge of Integration technologies including middleware, enterprise-service-bus, microservices, and other related technologies
What You'll Do
  • Create and manage a Product roadmap to provide visibility into the prioritization
  • Articulate the vision and the business value, qualifying the need to invest in the initiative
  • Develop an enterprise level perspective of the domains and be able to articulate how the initiatives factor into these domain functions
  • Engage cutting edge systems, pioneer new methods and approaches to delivering software, serving stakeholders and the enterprise
  • Work closely with engineering and other technical product/program managers to define, build, drive and measure mechanisms to enable business operations
  • Work directly with other product teams and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve products, tools, reporting, data, and analytics offerings
  • Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale
  • Operate within the Agile framework and scrum methodologies to execute on the initiative
