Who You Are

You are a motivated product professional who is passionate about building and leading cross-functional teams that establish relationships and drive efficiency through the product development process. You excel at applying technology to support and optimize complex business processes related to financial services sales & customer engagement, and have experience leading, coaching and motivating cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
  • Develop and create roadmaps and product vision across multiple products
  • Identify new opportunities for the product based on internal and market trends
  • Lead continuous product discovery and experimentation activity
  • Coordinate deliver of measurable business outcomes through cross-functional team of product owners, engineers, and designers in an agile scrum methodology
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders – with deep understanding and ability to deliver MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) quickly, while working seamlessly on the long-term solutions(s)
  • Drive transparency into the solution delivery process for the business teams by establishing and maintaining consistent communication cadence
  • Contribute to the definition of KPIs to track the success of implemented solutions and projects
  • Provide thought leadership in calculating cost-benefit for proposed solutions and projects
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role ideally with Salesforce or other financial services applications for loan origination, loan sales and customer engagement.
  • Experience working with high capacity and high volume sales teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, Loan Origination, Digital Lending Products, other equivalent technologies and/or business processes
  • Experience within Loan Origination optimization, driving customer engagement and pull through
  • Prior experience with both loan origination sales and digital lending products is strongly preferred
  • Obsession with using qualitative and quantitative strategies to identify the highest value opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Pragmatic Institute certification or training preferred
  • Ability to document roadmaps, workflows, processes and procedures
  • A firm understanding of AGILE/SCRUM Methodology and Product responsibilities is a must; agile certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
