Who You Are

You are a motivated product professional who is passionate about innovation, and growing the business. You excel at product development and Agile methodology, and have experience working with digital marketing, data analytics, and CRM teams to deliver quality features/functionality supporting demand generation operations and campaign execution across multiple channels (advertising, email, sms, push, etc). You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can identify improvements, build solutions, and deliver results.
What You'll Do
  • Work closely with performance marketing, data/analytics, and sales end users, to identify, interpret, and document critical business requirements
  • Provides key oversight on product requirements to ensure comprehension amongst stakeholders and alignment with overall business goals/roadmap
  • Define the QA strategy, test plans, and use cases for QA activities
  • Drive task completion between the business, product and development teams to ensure requirements are executed upon both timely and accurately
  • Play an integral role in supporting overall planning effort; detailed knowledge of requirements directly aids capacity planning, resource allocation and risk mitigation
  • Assist in management of daily standups, sprints, scheduling, and planning
  • Understand the interaction of different software components
  • Create and maintain system documentation and business workflows
  • Identify product limitations and propose innovative business and technical solutions
What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Management or Business Analysis
  • A firm understanding of AGILE/SCRUM Methodology and Product Management responsibilities is a must
  • Agile certification strongly preferred (CSPO, CSM, etc.)
  • Demand generation domain experience is strongly preferred (with an emphasis on campaign management, marketing technology/systems, audience/data management)
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred (with an emphasis on Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Ad Studio, Web Studio)
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud preferred (with an emphasis on Lead, Contact, Campaign, Campaign Member, Opportunity, Case objects)
  • Prior experience with SQL/data analysis is a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing business processes & procedures documentation
  • Must possess a highly logical and analytical mindset, must be able to multitask and learn quickly
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to interpret requests and give quality results in a timely manner
  • Project Coordination/Management experience is a must
