What You'll Do
  • Work with the Senior Manager of Product Competency in an AGILE/SCRUM methodology to refine feature/ stories
  • Drive sprint planning and execution (along with other scrum cadences and events) with our Engineering teams
  • Responsible for assuring a level of quality has been achieved by validating that the Feature/Story meets acceptance criteria and has met acceptance tests.
  • Update Product Management on Feature/Story status to align on delivery expectations
  • Provide your Payments and Financial Services experience guidance to Product Owners to help drive customer focused improvements across our products and services
  • Review and Approve features/stories as comprehensive and complete
  • Team Backlog Ownership/Prioritization
  • Monitor development of product (escalating issues and removing blockers) and pre-production testing
  • Assist in the execution roll-out / release of new features and functionality
  • Build and manage relationships across several stakeholders, including our Product Team, Line of Business, Engineering, Delivery Assurance and UI/UX and functional partners
  • Drive transparency into the solution delivery process for the business teams by establishing and maintaining consistent communication cadence
  • Contribute to the definition of KPIs to track the success of implemented solutions and projects
  • Identify the potential enablers and spikes for discussion in the Program Increment
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role with experience in payments and/or other financial services applications for loan origination or credit card processing
  • Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, AHA!, Loan origination and other equivalent technologies and/or business processes
  • Resourceful and results-oriented self-starter, with an ability to thrive in an authentic, feedback-driven culture and “roll-up-your-sleeves” environment
  • Ability to document workflows, processes and procedures
  • Self-directed individual with a high degree of organizational skills
  • A firm understanding of AGILE/SCRUM Methodology and Product responsibilities is a must; agile certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
