You are a student or recent grad who has a passion for collaboration.  You are an analytical thinker that has a strong customer focus.  You are accountable for researching, analyzing, and documenting clear and actionable business requirements so that information can distribute them across one or more development teams to deliver the desired functionality incrementally.
What You'll Do
  • Assists with the definition and direction of complex features and enhancements
  • Defines and documents stories and conditions of acceptance with other stakeholders' input including Developers and QA
  • Utilizes exceptional communication skills and collaborates well with onshore and offshore resources
  • Validates proposed value with customers and prospects using research, prototypes, and designs
  • Identifies cross-team dependencies when leading a feature through the development process
  • Helps ensure customers and the organization is ready for new product releases by providing learning content and material and participating in knowledge transfer events as needed
  • Helps drive features through the development process by working with engineering, prioritizing functional requirements, making appropriate scope tradeoffs, and ensuring completed capability satisfies customers’ needs in a timely manner
  • Learns customer needs by participating in customer & internal stakeholder meetings
  • Assists member's services and engineering troubleshooting product escalations
  • Identifies and proposes process changes including a plan and success measures
What You'll Need
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and then break them down into more granular level requirements
  • Effective communication skills: ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of organizational skills
