Who You Are

You are a motivated Analytical professional who is passionate about independent thinking and problem-solving. You excel at understanding and interpreting risk, and have experience with data analysis, predictive analytics, and reporting. You are a self-motivated problem solver and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will own a transformational road map and have 100% accountability to execute.
What You'll Do
  • The Quantitative Analyst will analyze data, recognize patterns, produce reports and develop methods to improve profitable growth
  • The Quantitative Analyst will develop and implement pricing frameworks for new and existing lending businesses
  • Monitor portfolio profitability and develop appropriate pricing policies across products
  • Drive the automation of report and dashboard generation in a manner that drives consistency, accuracy, and sustainability in credit risk reporting
  • Work with risk and product teams to confirm profit and risk profile of business aligns with targets
  • Work with Data Management groups to enrich internal data for developing pricing strategies
What You'll Need
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in analytical projects and reporting, preferably in the Financial Service industry
  • Understanding of retail and small business loan products, preferably unsecured loans and credit cards
  • Understanding of profitability drivers for loan and credit card products including interest rate structure, cost of funds, Operating expenses, fees, and loss
  • Familiarity with credit strategies, risk, and pricing is preferred Deep understanding of risk and profitability management for the entire customer life-cycle
  • Proficient with SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder management experiences
  • Ability to develop roadmaps and prioritize workload
  • Experiences with designing and implementing A/B tests
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering or related quantitative fields
