You are a Quantitative Marketing Analyst with a talent for building and executing the monthly campaign selection file as well as developing engaging campaign reports to track overall campaign performance. You are capable of juggling multiple projects and possess both an ear and an eye for detail. You are able to spot issues others don’t see and transform obstacles into opportunities. Above and beyond all, you are genuinely interested in uncovering potential gaps and providing changes to make our process more efficient. 
What You'll Do
  • The Quantitative Marketing Analyst will work with multiple teams across the organization to execute the monthly selection file process of BHG’s Direct Mail program and develop campaign tracking.
  • Develop and execute the monthly selection file process 
  • The Quantitative Marketing Analyst will work with the Data Management and Predictive Analytics team to execute the plan end to end  
  • Strive to maintain high quality, error-free execution for each campaign selection file 
  • Work to the campaign calendar to ensure key dates are met and monthly processes stay on schedule
  • Advance the process by adding audits throughout to know when key areas shift  
  • Improve the code by recommending and updating current logic to a more efficient version
  • Develop and maintain Direct Mail campaign reporting
What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of proven experience in working within the direct mail channel  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient in R and/or SQL 
  • Tableau and/or Power BI experience 
  • Experience working with internal/external groups
  • Experience with setting up and executing complex direct mail campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing organizational needs and direction
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under shifting deadlines
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining the ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in financial services or healthcare industry preferred
