What You'll Do
  • Create and manage sales product training content in Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Ensure content is always up-to-date and accessible to Bank Sales Reps on their mobile devices
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure they’re properly set up, recorded and shared
  • Act as Virtual Producer for live online Bank Sales Training Sessions
  • Coordinate with Salesforce Team on periodic training development for on demand consumption
  • Assist in creating and managing Product Certification process and training content for Sales
  • Collect all FAQ’s and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Q&A’s to dynamic repository using Articulate Rise360
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Bank Sales Operations & Enablement Team
  • Lead onboarding sessions for Bank Sales new hires
What You'll Need
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office, Sharepoint and able to learn the BHG Salesforce ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Articulate or other course authoring software a huge plus!
