Who You Are
You are a motivated Sales Professional who is passionate about developing and maintaining relationships within the financial services industry to sell BHG Products. You excel at building relationships, are skilled in the art of persuasion and possess the skills of selling and implementing an enterprise-level solution. You can be characterized as personable, agile and witty.
What You'll Do
  • Daily outreach to prospects, following up and developing relationships, to source and prospect businesses to provide potential strategic partnerships
  • A Sales Executive will target, prospect, onboard and manage Strategic Partners that can originate leads for BHG products
  • Create strategic partnerships with lead aggregators across financial services, retail, healthcare, and other industries
  • Access client needs to understand and demonstrate our product as a solution
  • Identify potential opportunities, educate prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and provide our clients with exceptional support and service
  • As a Sales Executive you will build and maintain a meaningful relationship with key decision-makers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Manage one’s time, organize & conduct meetings, and execute requirements for the position 
  • Complete daily administrative work
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Travel may be required depending on business need
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience with inside or face-to-face sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills are needed to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally
  • Strong LinkedIn and online networking skills
  • Thrive on energy, be passionate about sales and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess growth mindset, eager to learn, and adaptable to change
  • Be purpose-driven, with grit, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Proven track record of successful prospecting and selling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
