Who You Are
You are a motivated Sales Operations professional who is passionate about defining and executing strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity, you excel at problem-solving and strategic thinking and have experience enabling teams to be more effective and efficient. You are self-motivated, results driven individual and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can help the sales team work smarter and focus on selling by streamlining and automating their day-to-day.
What You'll Do
  • Work directly with the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations on numerous critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and determine actionable insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics.
  • Translate data into insights and action, and communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization.
  • Support the sales organization in all facets of operational efficiency, scale, and controls, including performance analysis, operational integration, documentation, sales and business process design, system enhancement requests, and project management. Identify trends across teams and use insights from reporting to drive productivity across the sales organization.
  • Optimize CRM usage and accuracy and other business tools our teammates use.
  • Quickly learn, understand and clearly document current processes and workflows.
  • Work with applicable teams to design streamlined and automated processes and practices.
  • Manage various stakeholders across the organization and become a trusted partner to senior management.
  • Build dashboards and reports via Salesforce and other tools to supervise, lead, and provide insights on critical metrics.
  • Maintain written SOPs and SLAs for assigned sales operations as well as customer SOPs.
  • Get into the weeds of our processes and partner with stakeholders to drive and document solutions.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed by management.
  • Additional Sales support duties as needed.

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business development, operations, or consulting; high-growth startup or sales ops experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, prioritize and stay organized
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce and advanced Microsoft Excel experience a must; SQL experience is a plus
