Who You Are
You will be responsible for the following: Creating, implementing, and maintaining Selenium Automation scripts with a focus on designing, maintaining, writing java Code, test scripts, and code reviews. Inititaives include meeting the company’s business objectives such as not limited to: Servicing product efficiency and Incorporating new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
What You'll Do
  • Lead analyzing, developing, and maintaining of Automation framework to ensure the quality of the salesforce applications.
  • Supports the development and optimization of Automation scripts.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.
  • Working in an agile development environment, collaborating with the Engineering and Product teams to strategize and align long-term solutions for test automation including roadmaps, tools, framework, and approaches.
  • Research, test, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new solutions based on client requirements.
  • Develop an Automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity, and reusability.
  • Perform Smoke testing, System testing, Integration testing, Functional testing, End-to-end testing, and Regression testing to verify the quality of the software components.
  • Perform testing of Salesforce custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Actions and Approvals, Roles and Profiles, custom reports, Dashboards, and various components as per the client and application requirement.
  • Work using various technologies like Salesforce, Java, SQL Server 2012/2008/2005, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins for continuous integration, Jira for project management, and Bitbucket for version control.
  • Perform database testing to check data integrity using SQL queries.
  • Participate in Sprint and product grooming sessions to discuss the priority of the functionalities/enhancements to be delivered and pull in the work for the sprints.
  • Enforce best development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
  • Have the ability to achieve and maintain Salesforce Platform Developer I, Admin certifications.
  • Provide strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • 7 years of expertise in Salesforce eco-system and experience in developing Automation scripts will contribute to the success of Bankers Healthcare business objectives
