Who You Are
Fund-Ex Solutions Group is looking for a self-driven autonomous and ambitious individual with solid experience with the Small Business Administration’s 7(a) loan program and construction requirements. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while continuing to gain extensive knowledge of the financial industry.  The work you perform is critical to our success and will have a substantial impact on FSG’s business operations and customers. 
What You'll Do
  • Act as liaison between Closing and Operations to ensure timely onboarding of closed loans
  • Communicate post-close action items to the appropriate Operations’ personnel
  • Upload closing packages and ancillary documents to FSG’s document storage system
  • Perform the required post-close review of loan closing files
  • Ensure accuracy of loan funding and post-close activities
  • Transfer loan boarding information to the Onboarding team
  • Communicate post-close items related to MDLs to Servicing team
  • Provide Portfolio Management team with exception/collateral items requiring tracking
  • Assist with verification of newly boarded loans to ensure accurate input of loan record
  • Verify input of loan activity within FSG’s system of record
  • Communicate document deficiencies to FSG Management for remediation as necessary
  • Assist CCO with loan workouts and liquidation efforts
  • Work with various third-party agencies to retrieve needed information as required. 
  • Handle other responsibilities as needed to support FSG Operations 
What You'll Need
  • Considerable understanding of the SBA’s SOP
  • Previous experience as a Quality Control Specialist preferred 
  • Previous loan closing experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of the financial industry 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude 
  • Must have a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortably be able to multi-task an assortment of assignments and responsibilities at any given time 
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills
