Who You Are
You are a motivated design professional who is passionate about designing and developing multiple digital projects such as social and digital web content, display ads, video. You excel at producing creative collateral that are customer-centric, accurate and legally-compliant. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can collaborate on a cross functional marketing team.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and design online marketing campaigns (banners, social, etc), landing pages, infographics, collateral and more
  • Provide design support including presenting conceptual and design ideas, photo research, photo editing/manipulation, illustration as directed by art director and creative director
  • Know your target audience and track marketing trends to identify new ways to increase engagement and conversions
  • Drive and own projects from kick-off to completion, collaborating with copywriters, channel managers and marketing leadership
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team environment
  • Reaching project deadlines and prioritizing competing tasks
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years professional experience
  • Strong understanding and ability to follow creative direction and take projects to completion both traditional and interactive
  • Strong comprehension of design fundamentals and conceptualize ideas with creative direction
  • Ability to take creative direction to execution and handle constructive feedback
  • Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Experience in other Adobe software and web development is a plus
  • Digital Agency experience
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive production process
  • Strong portfolio required
