Who You Are
You are a motivated Performance Marketing professional who is passionate about driving the growth of a company through your marketing efforts. You excel at identifying/optimizing opportunities and effectively handle the day-to-day tactical execution across the channel to drive growth, engagement and retention at scale. You are a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can test, learn and iterate quickly. The ideal candidate should be creative, curious, technical, highly analytical and a great communicator.
What You'll Do
  • Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain media budgets in alignment with marketing leadership and all business stakeholders.
  • Manage all paid social advertising across channels like Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • As Sr. Manager of Paid Social, you will be accountable to ensuring that we continually meet/exceed our business goals, in part, by executing against a rigorous roadmap of experiments that will help determine scalable drivers of business impact based on causality
  • BHG will leverage your deep expertise and passion for performance marketing on paid social channels to make a large business impact by proactively identifying opportunities and implementing strategies that enable us to expand & improve the efficiency for our programs.
  • As a Paid Social Leader, you will use your analytical skills to dig into campaign data, extract channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization & accelerate performance.
  • Will use advanced measurement strategies and partner with data science on developing and executing a robust channel experimentation roadmap in a high impact area of the business.
  • Will operate in a high visibility, high velocity, high integrity, and highly cross-functional environment as a key contributor on a quickly growing and pivotal team.
  • Regularly share performance insights, learnings, and go forward strategy with key stakeholders across the business including members of our executive team.
What You'll Need
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 8+ years managing end-to-end media campaigns at an advertising/marketing agency and/or performance marketing, in-house at a tech, consumer finance or e-commerce, fast-paced consumer brand (B2C is preferred).
  • Sr. Manager, Paid Social should have 4+ years management experience.
  • You live and breathe the paid social and broader DR ad industry. You stay ahead of cutting-edge trends and channel developments.
  • Deep understanding of paid social channels with an emphasis on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you.
  • You're a builder, optimizer and an executor, demonstrating an exceptional ability to manage high visibility campaigns, while always seeking to optimize bidding/targeting/audience/creative strategies.
  • Technical skillset which includes deep experience with customer data platforms, event-driven analytics, advanced attribution, and marketing automation Out-of-the-box thinker ready to inspire teams to adopt new media opportunities and take on calculated risks.
  • A reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships.
  • You are a strategic, analytical problem solver with the proven ability to structure a data-driven approach to complex business problems.
  • People describe you as exceptionally organized, a stellar project manager, and a team player.
  • You have experience with Facebook's native UI (Ads Manager) and third-party ad management platforms (e.g. Kenshoo).
