Who You Are
You are a motivated sales analyst who is passionate about using data to drive strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity. You excel at problem-solving and strategic thinking and have experience with territory mapping, compensation planning and proposing sales KPIs and goals based on behaviors the business is aiming to drive. You are a self-motivated, results driven individual and thrive in a fast-paced often changing environment.  
What You'll Do
  • Design and implement the sales coverage model for our outside sales business unit
  • Identify untapped market potential; design and implement sales plans to capture it
  • Analyze lead funnel data (i.e lead sources, sales touchpoints, conversion rates), influence tactical updates to how leads are prioritized (i.e. lead scoring and routing), and provide recommendations for growth
  • Work directly with the models/data. Work with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them
  • Manage quotas, territories and compensation plans for the sales team
  • Work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables
  • Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally
  • Support extensive GTM planning process and strategic initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design, and more
  • Structure and drive key strategic initiatives focused on improving business performance
  • Lead/conduct analyses of business performance to drive business impact
  • Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights & recommendations
  • Create and propose sales performance strategies
  • Drive towards simple, scalable data-driven solutions to difficult problems.
What You'll Need
  • 4.5+ years of experience in an analytical role such as Sales Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Venture Capital/Private Equity
  • B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences)
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense
  • Extensive track record of building high-quality and complex models and presentations
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of leading projects and initiatives, hitting goals and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
  • Work experience in consulting or strategy/business operations is a plus
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency and prioritization.
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and propose innovative solutions
  • Self-starter and highly motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Valuable work experience in using quantitative analyses to drive meaningful business results
