Who You Are

You are a motivated product development professional who is passionate about building and leading teams that establish relationships and drive efficiency through business process by applying technology. You are both technical and an expert in project management. You excel at applying technology to support and optimize complex business processes and have experience leading, coaching and motivating teams. You are a self-driven, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be part of exponential growth with BHG and your career.
What You’ll Do
  • Tracking multiple projects within an Agile framework
  • Building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders- with deep understanding and ability to deliver MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) quickly, while working seamlessly on the long-term solution(s)
  • Driving transparency into the solution delivery process for the business teams by establishing and maintaining consistent communications cadence
  • Provide thought leadership in calculating cost-benefit for proposed solutions & projects
  • Partnering with the analytics center of excellence to define KPIs to track the success of implemented solutions & projects
  • Managing a team of Product Owners
What You’ll Need (minimum)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar product development/managerial role; experience in financial services field strongly preferred
  • 3 years building, leading and coaching others
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study such as information technology, data science, software engineering, or a business degree with a combination of relevant course work and certifications
  • Proficiency in Loan Origination, Confluence, JIRA, and/or other equivalent technologies and/or business processes
  • Experience working with Software Engineering (SWE) teams and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment
  • Strong analytical abilities. Familiarity with typical risk data, systems & technologies is highly valuable
