Who You Are
You are a motivated Sales, Operations, Business Development, or Project Management professional who is passionate about creating operational efficiencies. You excel at developing framework, strategy, and processes and have experience leading transformational business initiatives. You are an organized and efficient initiative taker who thrives in ambiguous situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to the overall success of a growing organization. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Lending Division, serve as the chief-of-staff,  and will work across the Sales leadership team to help facilitate effective decision-making and set the broader team up for success.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the President, Senior Vice President, and leadership team’s operating rhythms with emphasis on managing administrative, strategic, and organizational processes
  • Partner across the team to define, document, and communicate decision-making frameworks and strategic priorities
  • Develop, shape, track, and refresh the team vision, strategy, and operating principles and procedures
  • Lead selected cross-functional initiatives to ensure communication and execution with an emphasis on impeccable organization and the ability to think end-to-end
  • Serve as a liaison and maintain strong relationships with key partner teams and their executive offices
  • Communicate actionable recommendations, including being able to effectively communicate complex ideas and proactively drive strategy
  • Play a lead role in Sales Communications, Planning, Talent Management, and Partner Engagement while creating linkages across our team and within the broader organization
  • Manage planning and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings while providing some calendar management and prioritization in an effort to increase effectiveness of executive team
  • Manage and monitor the team’s overall operating expenses, team budgets, including annual planning ensuring correct utilization of funds, and escalating while resolving any issues in coordination with business partners
What You'll Need
  • Solid commercial acumen and excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor complex messages to executive audiences with brevity, simplicity and impact
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, continually prioritizing requests while being able to balance attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional relationship, leadership, and collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills with demonstrated aptitude in drawing relevant insights from data, including an ability to step back and consider recommendations or solutions from multiple points of view
  • Distinguished levels of organizational skills with a balance between anticipation, intuition, and managing upwards
  • Thought leadership and creativity in solving challenging, and potentially ambiguous, business problems
  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Project Management, Business Management, or similar background is required
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to build relationships, trust, influence decisions and make things happen without direct authority
  • Keen sense of integrity with ability to manage sensitive information with care and complete confidentiality
  • Innovative, intellectually curious, and a real passion for all things sales; understanding of the latest trends, competitive landscape, technology advances, devices, and consumer insights
  • Ability to focus on strategic objectives and initiatives while managing everyday business needs
