What You'll Do
  • Drive BHG initiatives through daily interaction and hands-on training of Sales Representatives. 
  • Promoting a positive mental attitude, a fast-hassle-free client experience driven by an aggressive sales focus.
  • First line leader on the sales floor and through their attitude and actions, set the tone for what a successful Sales Rep should be. 
  • Responsible for ongoing training of products, sales pitches, rebuttals, best practices, and compliance points.
  • Responsible and accountable for the team hitting or exceeding monthly/quarterly KPI targets set forth by sales leadership and the analytics team that align with company goals.
  • Hit monthly/quarterly KPIs and expectations in regards to conversion and back up numbers for your specific team.
  • Consistent and ongoing training of existing Sales Reps in all aspects of their sales roles.
  • Hosting weekly meetings and sessions for all Sales Reps to pass pertinent information, changes, and retrain/update Account Executives as necessary.
  • Perform call takeovers and pipeline takeovers for struggling/underperforming Sales Reps.
  • Weekly one on one sessions with all Sales Reps.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and supporting of recently hired employees.
  • Documenting all coaching sessions for HR/Compliance needs in WorkDay.
  • Report to management when corrective/disciplinary action is needed and provide evidence of why action is warranted.
  • Suggest termination, PIPs, and Corrective Actions of Sales Reps
  • Holding team of Sales Reps accountable to all best practices/compliance which includes monitoring sales calls for compliance, pipeline reviews, monitoring daily reports, call availability, and ensuring they are calling, emailing, and texting all of their leads and prospecting actively. 
  • Provide feedback to management regarding any notable trends, changes, updates, or insights from the sales floor. 
  • Recommend process updates or changes based on observations from the sales teams’ day to day activities.
  • Expected to be an example of our Organizational Health Goals demonstrating Initiative, Respect, Loyalty, PMA, and being a Team Player.  
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience with proven success in a Sales/Business Development Role.
  • Strong leadership qualities, team player, organizationally healthy, runner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and organization are required to be successful within this role
