Who You Are

You are a motivated Recruiting professional who is passionate about Sales, Strategy, and Operations in a hyper-growth atmosphere. You excel at sourcing, delivering high level customer service, building relationship, & can work autonomously. You are organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can move the needle.

What You’ll Do
  • BHG's Talent Acquisition Partners will become experts in recruiting top sales talent in the Financial Services and FinTech industries
  • Gain a throughout understanding of Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG)
  • Be a hunter – creatively source candidates utilizing resources like LinkedIn and Indeed, through referrals, social intermediaries like Facebook, Twitter, and Github, and partner with campus recruiting for entry level talent
  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle; initial phone screen, hiring manager interviews, assessment testing, offer negotiations, and communication with BHG's on-boarding team
  • Talent Acquisition Partners will utilize ATS (Lever) to move candidates through the recruitment process, clearly documenting all activity, and manipulating the tool to your advantage when sourcing candidates and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Senior Recruiters will develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, peers and recruiting leadership
What You’ll Need
  • A creative mindset as it relates to sourcing talent, including but not limited to advanced LinkedIn Recruiter searches, X-ray searches, AI based sourcing tools such as Hiretual/SeekOut/Entello
  • Senior Recruiters must have experience with some form of Talent Mapping industries and skill sets 
  • 5+ years of experience Recruiting high-end Outside Sales talent
  • An out-of-the-box outreach strategy to engage with passive candidates
  • Expert use and manipulation of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever or Greenhouse
  • Our Recruiters should have a well defined follow up strategy to build strong relationships in the market
  • A proactive approach to delivering talent to hiring managers
  • Talent Acquisition Partners should have experience using advanced negotiation and closing techniques
  • An innate knack for building relationships extremely quickly and fostering them over a long period of time.  
  • Intermediate to advanced interviewing skills
