Our VP of Sales Operations will own the sales operations function and invigorate our sales processes and tools to launch us to the next stage and beyond. This position serves as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing key functions that are critical to the organization’s success, including annual planning, compensation, forecasting and ongoing reporting and analytics. An innate ability to focus on and understand the mechanisms and processes that drive customer success will be attributes of the successful candidate. You will be primarily responsible for coordinating with stakeholders (finance, legal, marketing, human resources and enablement, I.T. etc), assist Enterprise Sales with determining optimal organizational structure, hiring needs and capacity, optimization of Salesforce CRM, sales engagement tools and sales process, assisting with developing and executing against multiyear strategic sales plan, establishing and measuring organizational effectiveness against annual goals. Need to be analytical, organized and driven, plus SaaS sales ops experience. This position is a key direct report to the Institution Sales President and will be someone who can anticipate and meet the needs of a growing and dynamic Sales team by driving operational efficiencies and improvements.
